Christiane Sweigart entered into the title and escrow business in 1997 as a Typist, producing preliminary reports and final title policies. From there, she quickly excelled and soon became a Customer Service Representative. Looking to expand her knowledge and skills, Christiane transitioned to an Escrow Assistant position. She spent several years developing experience in all types of real estate transactions. By 2004, she had advanced to an Escrow Officer position, where her knowledge and tenacity played a key role in increasing sales, improving customer satisfaction and developing strategies to efficiently run a successful desk.
Christiane joined Old Republic Title as an Escrow Officer in Stanislaus County in 2006. In 2009, she contributed to the opening of the Turlock Branch. A year later, catapulted by her passion for management, Christiane was promoted to Branch Manager. Over time, her exceptional gifts of educating others and improving profitability led her to the role of Escrow Operations Manager in 2016.
A native to the Central Valley, Christiane grew up in Patterson, California. She currently resides in Turlock with her husband, Robert, and three adorable children, Jakob (15), Gavin (12) and Brynleigh (2). When not working, she enjoys spending time with her family and taking part in all outdoor activities including camping, fishing and hiking.
Christiane is zealous about supporting her teammates and prides herself in assisting them in reaching their highest potential and achieving their goals. She is passionate about being a mentor and strong leader to her team and remains dedicated and committed to the success of Old Republic Title.
